My (Mostly) Plant Based Healthy Minimalist Grocery List

I have to be honest. I DREAD going to the grocery store, so I try and make the trip as efficient as possible. I typically buy the same things and we eat variations of the same meals week on week, because that's what works for us. I am a family of 5, 4 of which are mostly plant based. I personally still consume some seafood (as you will see on the list)
I believe you can apply the principles of minimalism to everything because at the end of the day it is all about being intentional and emphasizing quality over quantity.
When I grocery shop, I aim for quality over quantity and shop for items I know we will consume. I might introduce something new every now and then, but I am really trying to reduce my waste. I go for high quality items where it matters, minimal ingredients and little processing.
We eat mostly healthy but #reallife, so please don't think this is the extent of the list. We still add our family favorites and treats so please add yours too!
