Using The Moon Phases For Manifestation Goal Setting

I believe that there is no coincidence that a woman’s cycle syncs with the cycles of the moon. I truly believe that we are connected not only to other humans, but also to the Earth. I think there are powerful reminders in the universe that we can tap into and use to harness our own power. The moon is a source of guidance that we can use to help us to stay on track with our goals and use the power of the moon and its energies to set goals, execute, evaluate and manifest.


Here are the 8 phases of the moon and how you can use them to manifest and achieve your goals:


Waxing Crescent: Set intentions, make plans and organize

First Quarter: Take Action, move past obstacles and focus on growth

Waxing Gibbous: Refine and Align, Focus on what deserves your energy

Full Moon: Flourish, Bloom and harvest; use gratitude and reap the rewards of your planning

Waning Gibbous: Introspection, reflection, turn inwards

Last Quarter: Release and let go, cleanse and forgive

Waning Crescent: Surrender, rest and recharge

New Moon: Set new beginnings, gather thoughts and begin to plan
